I loved my time at Homewood Suites in Boise. The Premium One-Bedroom King Suite felt spacious with a full-size fridge and stove top. Breakfast options were plentiful and delicious every morning. Staff were friendly and quick to help fix some minor issues with the hot tub. Enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks during happy hour. One not-so-great part was walking through the breezeway. it felt inconvenient with two additional sets of doors and some smoke from guests outside. A few minor maintenance works were ongoing, but nothing too disruptive. All in all, great stay but some access improvements would make it even better.

The spacious suite offered a full-size fridge and stove top, making it convenient for families. The breakfast options were impressive, featuring fresh regional dishes like breakfast burritos. However, the hot tub was lukewarm on the first night and the pool seemed a bit outdated. Additionally, another guest’s situation in the lobby was mishandled by staff, detracting slightly from the overall service experience. Nonetheless, it’s a solid option for families visiting the area.

Spacious Suite and Great Breakfast
We had a nice 2-night stay! The suite was super spacious with a full kitchen, which was awesome. The pool area was okay, and we had some hiccups with the hot tub being lukewarm. Breakfast had tons of choices like eggs and burritos, which we loved! Just wish they weren't short on towels – that was a real hassle.

Just a suitable option for a weekend rest in Boise with excellent value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful when we had concerns about a sick member in our group. Avoid peak check-in times to make it smoother.

Family with children need a better experience
The only bright spot was the staff, they were genuinely kind and helped with a quick response when I needed more towels. The pool area was okay, stayed clean and had towels ready, but that wasn't enough for the whole experience.
It wasn't cheap, and given the circumstances, it felt unacceptable.
